What happens after the five-day trial?
Activate your monthly subscription to keep using Loya. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe.
When does the paid subscription start?
Your paid month starts as soon as you activate the subscription, even if you still have trial days left.
How much do multiple businesses cost?
The first business costs CHF 45 per month, the second CHF 35 and each additional business CHF 25. Add businesses in the backoffice of your existing account.
Are the shop and loyalty rewards included?
Yes. The customer portal, shop, extras, loyalty rewards and backoffice are included in the monthly price.
Is there a booking commission?
No. There is no commission on bookings made through Loya.
Is VAT charged?
Loya is not subject to VAT. No VAT is charged.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel monthly. Manage your subscription in the backoffice under Settings → Subscription.
